The Almouggar Foundation was created in October 2014 under the presidency of His Excellency Mohammed Fadel Benyaich,
Its objective is to contribute to the preservation and enhancement of the cultural heritage of Saharan Morocco and to promote this heritage nationally and internationally.
The Foundation's ambition is to preserve and enhance the Moussem of Tan-Tan and its various heritage and cultural components, in accordance with its ranking.
As Masterpiece of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity. As well as working to Promote Saharawi art and culture in the world, through the organization of traveling exhibitions, heritage elements of Saharan Morocco, and key events that will constitute essential marketing actions territory for the region.
